Build with me

Let's get your idea out of the backlog.

I help companies validate ambitious ideas, build working prototypes, and turn promising experiments into real software. Hands-on, in real code, with a clear end.

Sounds familiar?

  • You have an idea that looks promising, but it's too uncertain to become a big funded program yet.

  • You need a working prototype to learn, to persuade, or to make the next investment decision.

  • Your engineers are busy with the roadmap they've already committed to.

  • You need someone who can make product trade-offs and write production-grade code.

  • You want this done with your team, not in a parallel universe next to it.

  • You care about a useful handover and no permanent dependencies.

From idea to impact.

Four things I help with. Not every idea needs all four: the right next step depends on what we learn along the way.

  1. Reduce uncertainty

    Explore & validate

    Find out what's worth building.

Turn early ideas and unanswered questions into something testable. Challenge assumptions, explore possibilities, and gather real feedback before making bigger investments.

Sometimes the most valuable outcome is discovering what not to build.

  2. Make it tangible

    Prototype & prove

Less talking about it. More trying it out.

Build working prototypes that people can actually use, test, and react to.

Not just a polished concept. Something tangible that turns uncertainty into understanding.

  3. Make it real

    Build & ship

    Take it beyond the demo.

Turn promising prototypes into reliable, maintainable software.

From architecture and implementation to deployment and delivery, I help bridge the gap between something that works once and something that works in the real world.

  4. Build lasting momentum

    Enable your team

    Build momentum that lasts.

Work alongside your engineers and product people. Unblock technical challenges, improve tooling, share knowledge, and establish ways of working that keep delivering.

The goal isn't to become indispensable. It's to leave your team stronger.

Different challenges. Different ways to build.

I can build it.

Have a focused idea but no dedicated team available?

I can take ownership of a defined challenge, explore the solution, and build a working prototype or first version. You'll see progress in real software, not just presentations.

  • Real working increments and clear communication
  • A clean handover and clarity on next steps

We can build it together.

Already have talented people, but need extra capacity, a fresh perspective, or someone who can connect product and engineering?

I'll join your team, work in your tools and codebase, and help move things forward. No separate universe of recommendations. Just another builder working toward the same goal.

  • Your tools, your codebase, your feedback loops
  • Shared ownership and knowledge transfer, not dependency

Small scope. Real outcomes. Clean handovers.

How this works

  1. Small and scoped.

Work with an end date and a deliverable, not an open retainer.

  2. In the codebase.

I work with your teams, inside your repos, your tickets, your tools. Not next to any of them.

  3. Handover by default.

Everything built is meant to outlive the involvement. If your team can't run it without me, we haven't finished.

  4. Honest about fit.

If the thing you need isn't what I'm good at, I'll say so on the first call and point you somewhere better.

Built in Europe, on purpose

Sovereignty isn’t a marketing checkbox. It’s an engineering decision, made a few hundred times across a stack: where the data sits, whose identity provider you depend on, which SDK you can no longer remove, what happens the morning a vendor changes its terms.

I help European teams build products they actually control: EU-hosted infrastructure, open standards, open source where it earns its place, and a documented exit path for everything else. Not out of ideology. Dependency is a business risk with a delivery date.

Got a wild idea?

The first call is free and there's no pitch at the end of it. Bring the idea in whatever state it's currently in.
