Shipping what matters

Years of working in SaaS, tech and the developer space taught me a lot. I've seen what works, what matters, and what to avoid. And AI is changing the game. I understand what makes a team a winning one, how to keep process out of the way, and how to build the things customers actually want. You need help or have an idea you want to discuss?

Developer tooling

The tools your team works in every day decide how fast it moves. I help you use the right tools, build and repair the internal platforms, CLIs, pipelines and SDKs that either compound your velocity or quietly drain it.

Product direction

Most roadmaps fail on the *what*, not the *how*. We help you find the shortest path from a real customer problem to something shipped, measured, and worth keeping. And why iterating fast is the key to success.

Teams & process

Good products come from teams that trust each other and process nobody has to fight. Structure, ownership, hiring, rituals — the unglamorous parts that decide the outcome. Every company is different, so I help you find the flow that works for you.

Built in Europe, on purpose

Sovereignty isn’t a marketing checkbox. It’s an engineering decision, made a few hundred times across a stack: where the data sits, whose identity provider you depend on, which SDK you can no longer remove, what happens the morning a vendor changes its terms.

I help European teams build products they actually control — EU-hosted infrastructure, open standards, open source where it earns its place, and a documented exit path for everything else. Not out of ideology. Dependency is a business risk with a delivery date.

I regularly keep track of good european solutions and Open Source projects that you can leverage. There’s more beyond the AWS cloud and the beaten path. Let’s walk it together.

How this works

  • Small and scoped. Engagements with an end date and a deliverable, not an open retainer.
  • In the codebase. I work with your teams, inside your repos, your tickets, your tools — not next to any of them.
  • Handover by default. Everything built is meant to outlive the involvement. If your team can’t run it without me, we haven’t finished.
  • Honest about fit. If the thing you need isn’t what I’m good at, I’ll say so on the first call and point you somewhere better.

Who we work with

  • Seed to Series B SaaS teams that outgrew their first architecture and their first process
  • Platform and developer-experience teams inside larger organisations
  • Founders with a sharp technical product and no technical team around it yet
  • European companies that need to move workloads, data or trust back onto the continent
  • Companies that want to get into AI and don’t know how to start

Start with a conversation

The first call is free and there's no pitch at the end of it. Bring an idea, a roadmap, or a mess — you'll leave with an honest read on it either way.
