Get in touch
The first conversation is free, 30 minutes, and has no pitch attached. Bring an idea, a roadmap, a hiring problem or a codebase you've stopped enjoying — you'll leave with an honest read on it either way.
30 minutes, video call, no preparation needed.
01
Talk
A free first call. You describe the situation, I ask the annoying questions. If I've seen the problem before, you get that on the spot.
02
Frame
If it's worth going further, I write up what I think the actual problem is, what I'd do about it, what it costs and when it ends. Short document, no surprises.
03
Build
We work on it together — in your repos, your tickets, your team. It ends with your people able to run it without me.
Prefer to write first?
Mail works just as well as a call: hello@nerdwerk.com. A paragraph about where you’re stuck is plenty to start with.
What tends to come up
- “We ship, but every release hurts and nobody can say why.”
- “Our internal tooling is three years of shortcuts and nobody owns it.”
- “We need to move off a US vendor and nobody has scoped what that breaks.”
- “I can build the product; I’ve never built the team around it.”
- “Our team is just slow, and we need to be faster.”
None of these need to be solved before the call. That’s rather the point of it.
